Bike Intervention
Bike Intervention is a response to the danger of having to share a narrow path with bicyclists and pedestrians at Alewife Brook Greenway in Arlington. It will help prevent pedestrian bike accidents in the community and promote bike safety. Bike Intervention is designed to take place on the Alewife Brook Greenway where bikers are entering and where they are biking along the Alewife Brook Greenway to encourage bikers to alert pedestrians to avoid pedestrian bike accidents. Bike Intervention was completed in Graphic Design IV and Graphic Design Portfolio.
The video narrative can be watched before someone rides their bike around the community and explains the importance of bike safety. The Alewife Brook Greenway website explains more about the Alewife Brook Greenway, activities to do, bike safety, and a map of the locations of the narrow paths where cyclists and pedestrians need to be more careful.
